A Strong sense of suffocation

Indians have a very strong traditions and culture, which dates back to 4000-5000 years. During this time they have added the strengths and weakness. Many a times we build the fences around us, finding them hard to break. Many a times the accumulated pain in our culture rubs all the strengths it had gained in time. Are we doing the justice to the great Indian culture and traditions? An Indian Mother nourishes her child like no other mother in the world. The bonding last for 20-25 years; but when it comes to selecting her soul mate both mother and daughter becomes dogmatic. They come to a point where all the bonding earned in 20-25 years to cripple. Why don’t they understand our tradition wants us to live together? Never has Indian Tradition asked a mother to leave away from the daughter or daughter away from mother. Where have all the family values lost? Why can’t we stand for each other short comings? Haven’t we done the same for past 20 years? The child could give up. But it is she who could feel her soul mate, not the parents. It is she who needs to spend rest of her life with the man and not the parents.
